Ariz. Admin. Code § R6-6-106 - Violations and Penalties
A. An employee of the Division or service
provider shall not disclose personally identifiable client information unless a
consent to release has been given as provided in this Section.
B. An employee of the Division who makes an
unlawful disclosure of personally identifiable information is subject to
disciplinary action or dismissal. Anyone who has knowledge of an employee's
violation of
R6-6-106 must report the violation to the employee's supervisor.
C. Violators are subject to penalties
pursuant to applicable statute.
