Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-5.341 - Records of Testing Entry Control Devices for Very High Radiation Areas
(1) Each licensee
or registrant shall maintain records of tests specified in paragraph
64E-5.317(2)(a),
F.A.C., on entry control devices for very high radiation areas. The records
must include the date, time, and results of each such test of
function.
(2) The licensee or
registrant shall retain the records required by subsection
64E-5.341(1),
F.A.C., for 3 years after the record is made.
