Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 40-7-18-.04 - Preventing Food and Ingredient Contamination
Food shall be protected from cross contamination by:
(a) Separating raw agricultural products
requiring pathogen destruction during storage, preparation, and holding from
ready-to-eat foods not requiring further processing, except when combined as
ingredients.
(b) As specified under
40-7-1-.12.
