Iowa Admin. Code r. 191-39.80 - Required disclosures

(1) An insurer or a producer soliciting or offering to sell a partnership policy shall provide to each prospective applicant a Partnership Program Notice. The notice must be substantially similar to Appendix H of this chapter. The Partnership Program Notice shall be provided with the required outline of coverage.
(2) An insurer or a producer soliciting or offering to sell a partnership policy shall provide to each prospective applicant a copy of the Iowa Long-Term Care Partnership Program Consumer Guide. The Iowa Long-Term Care Partnership Program Consumer Guide may be found at shiip.iowa.gov.
(3) A partnership policy or certificate issued or issued for delivery in Iowa shall be accompanied by a Partnership Status Disclosure Notice (Appendix I). A similar notice may be used if filed with and approved by the division.
