30 Miss. Code. R. 3301-3.5 - Temporary License
A. A temporary
license to practice a may be granted to:
1) An
applicant for licensure meeting the requirements of Rule
3.1 and
3.2 or
3.3 who has taken the approved
National Examination and is awaiting release of the applicant's score;
and
2) An applicant for licensure
as a behavior analyst who is awaiting the next oral examination by the
Board.
B. A temporary
license must be issued prior to the beginning of the supervised professional
employment.
C. Any applicant
granted a temporary license under this Rule shall apply for full licensure upon
receipt of National Examination scores, or such license shall be converted to
full licensure upon satisfactory completion of the oral examination.
