Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.302 - Renewal

1. Any zone of mixing may be granted or renewed for periods not exceeding 5 years.

2. Applications for renewal:

(a) Must be made before the expiration of the period concerning the zone of mixing.

(b) May be granted by the Director if the application for renewal:

(1) Has met all of the conditions specified for the immediately preceding zone of mixing granted pursuant to NAC 445A.295 to 445A.302, inclusive; and

(2) Is consistent with the provisions relating to antidegradation set forth in sections 3 to 19, inclusive.
