Nev. Admin. Code § 445A.409 - Issuance and maintenance of permit; maximum term and renewal of permit

1. If an application is approved, a single permit must be issued for the construction, operation and closure of the facility. A valid permit must be maintained until the time required for post-closure monitoring pursuant to NAC 445A.446 is completed, as determined by the Department, and the Department has terminated the permit.
2. A permit may be issued for a maximum term of 5 years, at which time the holder of the permit may apply for renewal.
