Nev. Admin. Code § 446.0132 - "Food" defined
"Food" means any food, drink, confection or beverage, or any component in the preparation or manufacture thereof, which is intended for human consumption and which is stored, being prepared or manufactured, displayed, offered for sale, sold or served in a food establishment.
