Nev. Admin. Code § 446.0148 - "Juice" defined
1. "Juice" means the aqueous liquid expressed or extracted from one or more fruits or vegetables, purees of the edible portions of one or more fruits or vegetables, or any concentrates of such liquid or purees.
2. The term does not include, for purposes of an HACCP plan, liquids, purees or concentrates that are not used as beverages or ingredients of beverages.
