Nev. Admin. Code § 446.0153 - "Molluscan shellfish" defined
"Molluscan shellfish" means any edible species of fresh or frozen oysters, clams, mussels and scallops, or edible portions thereof, except when the scallop product consists only of the shucked adductor muscle.
