Nev. Admin. Code § 446.0245 - "Potable water" defined
"Potable water" means any water from an approved source, including, without limitation, an approved domestic water supply, which:
1. Is bacteriologically safe and otherwise suitable for drinking; and
2. Meets the standards established by the State Environmental Commission pursuant to NRS 445A.855.
