Nev. Admin. Code § 446.920 - Plan for operation
A plan must be submitted to, and approved by, the health authority before a food establishment may construct or operate a barbecue. The plan must include the equipment to be used in the construction or operation of the barbecue and describe the facility for, and the operation of, the barbecue.
