Nev. Admin. Code § 446.925 - Compliance with local building or fire codes or ordinances
If a barbecue is subject to local building or fire codes or ordinances, the food establishment must receive approval for the barbecue, in writing, from the appropriate authority and furnish the health authority with evidence of such approval upon request.
