Nev. Admin. Code § 504.800 - Definitions

As used in NAC 504.800 to 504.865, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Commission" means the Commission for the Preservation of Wild Horses.
2. The words and terms defined in NRS 504.430 have the meanings ascribed to them in that section.
