Nev. Admin. Code § 583.360 - Authority of Officer
The Officer may:
1.
Gather and compile information concerning and investigate the organization,
business, conduct, practices and management of any person engaged in intrastate
commerce, and the relation of those persons to other persons.
2. Require, by general or special orders,
persons engaged in intrastate commerce or any class of them, to file with the
Officer, in such form as the Officer may prescribe, annual or special reports
or answers in writing to specific questions, furnishing the Officer with the
information he or she may require regarding the organization, business,
conduct, practices, management and relation to other persons filing the reports
or answers in writing. The reports and answers must be made under oath, or
otherwise, as the Officer may prescribe, and must be filed with the Officer
within a reasonable period as the Officer may prescribe, unless additional time
is granted by the Officer.
