Utah Admin. Code R380-20-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule
establishes procedures that implement the Government Records Access and
Management Act, Chapter 2, Title 63G, within the Department of Health and Human
Services.
(2) This rule is
authorized by Sections
26B-1-202,
26B-1-204, and
26B-1-213.
