Utah Admin. Code R380-600-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule is
enacted and enforced in accordance with Sections
26B-2-104,
26B-2-202,
26B-2-402, and
26B-2-703.
(2) This rule provides consolidated
procedures and enforcements for the licensing entities within the Division of
Licensing and Background Checks.
