Utah Admin. Code R380-66-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) Section 26-1-45
requires the department to have a rule that establishes a procedure to adopt,
modify, require, facilitate, or recommend rationing criteria for scarce
healthcare resources.
(2) This rule
is authorized by Sections 26-1-45 and 26-1-5.
