(1) This rule is
authorized by Sections
26-15-2,
26-1-5,
26-7-1,
and Subsections
26-1-30(9),
26-1-30(23),
and
26-39-301(1).
(2) This rule establishes uniform food
service inspection standards for residence-based group care
facilities.
