(1) This rule is
authorized under Sections
26-1-5,
26-15-2,
and Subsection
26-1-30(23).
(2) This rule establishes definitions; sets
standards for health, safety, and welfare of individuals and for the prevention
of the spread of disease in or from a recreational camp.
