Utah Admin. Code R392-302-8 - Solid Waste
(1) The manager
shall ensure that solid waste generated at a pool is:
(a) stored in a leak-proof, non-absorbent
container; and
(b) disposed of with
sufficient frequency and in such a manner to prevent a health hazard.
