Utah Admin. Code R392-303-15 - Walls
The operator shall ensure that:
(1) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing
place meets the requirements of Section
R392-302-10; and
(2) bathers are aware of and guarded against
hazards such as uneven walls, submerged projections, or submerged ledges by:
(a) posting signs notifying patrons of the
hazards;
(b) providing barriers
around hazards; or
(c) roping off
hazardous areas.
