Utah Admin. Code R392-303-21 - Drains and Skimming Devices
The operator shall ensure that:
(1) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing
place has a drain that allows complete emptying of the pool;
(2) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing
place with a submerged drain grate or cover meets the requirements of Section
R392-302-18;
(3) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing
place with a submerged drain meets the anti-entrapment requirements of Section
R392-302-18; and
(4) a geothermal pool or geothermal bathing
place has overflow gutters or skimming devices that meet the applicable
requirements of Section
R392-302-19.
