Utah Admin. Code R392-304-6 - Plumbing
The operator shall ensure that:
(1) each plumbing fixture is:
(a) supplied with potable water adequate for
human consumption and other domestic uses; and
(b) designed, installed, and operated
according to the requirements set forth by:
(i) the Plumbing Code;
(ii) the Utah Department of Environmental
Quality, Division of Drinking Water under Title R309, Drinking Water;
and
(iii) local health department
regulations; and
(2) the drinking water system is protected
against backflow contamination.
