Utah Admin. Code R392-510-12 - Discrimination

An employer may not discriminate against an employee or applicant because that person has protested the smoking of others or sought enforcement of:

(1) Title 26, Chapter 38, Utah Indoor Clean Air Act;
(2) this rule; or
(3) the smoking policy of the workplace.
