Utah Admin. Code R392-700-11 - Enforcement and Penalties
(1) A person who
violates a requirement of this rule that is also a requirement of Section
26-15-13
may be subject to a class C misdemeanor, and revocation of the permit described
in Section
R392-700-10.
(2) A person who violates a requirement of
this rule that is not also a requirement of Section 26-
