Utah Admin. Code R392-701-15 - Solid Waste
The operator shall ensure that solid waste generated at a body art facility, including regulated waste, is:
(1) contained, labeled, stored, transported,
and disposed in accordance with local health department regulations;
(2) stored in a leak-proof, non-absorbent
container that is kept covered with a tight-fitting lid; and
(3) disposed with sufficient frequency and in
such a manner as to prevent vermin harborage or an imminent health
hazard.
