Utah Admin. Code R392-701-16 - Prohibited Practices
A body artist may not:
(1) perform body art while under the
influence of alcohol or drugs;
(2)
perform body art on a person who, in the opinion of the operator, is inebriated
or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
(3) use on a client any product that has been
recalled by the FDA; or
(4) perform
a body art procedure in an unpermitted facility.
