Utah Admin. Code R392-701-6 - Wastewater Disposal System
The operator shall ensure that:
(1) sewer services are made available to the
body art facility or temporary body art facility;
(2) the sewer system serving a body art
facility or temporary body art facility is designed, installed, and operated
according to the requirements set forth by:
(a) local health department and municipal
regulations;
(b) Plumbing Code;
and
(c) Title R317, Water Quality;
and
(d) the local sewer district
with jurisdiction; and
(3)
(a)
wastewater from a body art facility or temporary body art facility is
discharged to a public sanitary sewer system when available and practical for
use; or
(b) where connection to a
public sanitary sewer is not practical at a body art facility or temporary body
art facility, wastewater is discharged to an approved onsite wastewater
disposal system.
