Utah Admin. Code R436-8-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) This rule
sets forth the requirements for the removal, transportation, and preservation
of bodies of deceased persons. It also provides for the authorization for
disinterment and reinterment of dead bodies.

Sections 26B-8-114 and
26B-8-120.
