(1) Promulgated under the authority of Title
4, Chapter 31, Control of Animal Disease, and Subsections
4-2-103(l)(c)(i),
and 4-2-103(l)(i).
(2) This rule intends to eliminate or reduce
the spread of diseases among animals by providing standards to be met in the
movement of animals within Utah and the importation of animals into the
state.
