Utah Admin. Code R58-7-8 - Livestock Market Committee
(1) The
chair of the department's Livestock Market Committee may hold a hearing to
review each application to operate a satellite video livestock market and
determine whether the department will issue a license.
(2) The livestock market committee shall
approve an application in accordance with Section
4-30-107 and shall apply their
decision to the livestock market and the satellite video livestock
market.
