Wis. Admin. Code Department of Corrections DOC 346.43 - Canteen
If a facility provides canteen, vending or other similar services for juveniles, the operational plan under s. DOC 346.04 shall contain policies and procedures for use of the service. If there is a canteen, regular accounting procedures shall be followed.
