010-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-27 - Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Sanitization Pressure
(a) The flow pressure of the fresh hot water
sanitizing rinse in a warewashing machine may not be less than fifteen (15)
pounds per square inch (100 kilopascals) or more than twenty five (25) pounds
per square inch (170 kilopascals) as measured in the water line immediately
downstream or upstream from the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse control
valve.
