010-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-44 - Preset Tableware
(a) If tableware is
preset:
(i) It shall be protected from
contamination by being wrapped, covered, or inverted; or
(ii) If exposed, unused settings shall be
removed when a consumer is seated; or
(iii) Exposed, unused settings shall be
cleaned and sanitized before further use if the settings are not removed when a
consumer is seated.
