N.H. Code Admin. R. Liq 508.02 - Definitions
(a) "Agency store"
means a liquor outlet not owned or operated by the N.H. state liquor commission
but licensed by the commission for the purpose of selling packaged liquor to
the general public for off-premise consumption and operated in conjunction with
another business.
(b) "Agent" means
the individual, partnership, association, corporation, or limited liability
company licensed as an agency store.
(c) "Business plan of operations" means a
full detailed plan for the operation of the agency store for the term of the
license, including but not limited to the hours of operation, staffing,
inventory , merchandise to be carried, markup and/or pricing policy, a plan of
the liquor sales and display area, and advertising or merchandising
plans.
(d) "Operational financial
stability" means the financial capability to allocate funds efficiently and
absorb shocks as they arise, thus preventing disruption to the state's control
of liquor;
(e) "Special seasonal
agency store" means an agency store defined abovelicensed for only 6
months.
(f) "Surrounding relevant
market" means the geographic area that is reasonably intended to be served by
the agency liquor store.
