Amendment of Analysis

Pub. L. 116–92, div. A, title VII, § 702(b)(3), (c), Dec. 20, 2019, 133 Stat. 1436, 1437, provided that, applicable to health care coverage beginning on or after Jan. 1, 2021, this analysis is amended by adding items 1097a “TRICARE Prime: automatic enrollments” and 1099 “Health care enrollment system and payment options” and by striking out former items 1097a “TRICARE Prime: automatic enrollments; payment options” and 1099 “Health care enrollment system”. See 2019 Amendment note below.
