Fla. Admin. Code Ann. R. 64E-5.1306 - Opening Sealed Sources

Unless otherwise specifically licensed by the department, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, an agreement state or a licensing state to perform such services, the licensee shall not open sealed sources.
