201 Pa. Code § 4009 - Fees and Procedures. Local Rule
Each judicial district shall promulgate and publish a local rule establishing the fees to be paid for all court reporting products, the procedure for requesting a transcript, and the procedure for requesting a full or partial fee waiver pursuant to Rule 4008(B).
