(a) The

portion of the permit area may be extended by the department if the permittee
demonstrates, in accordance with

or if augmented seeding, fertilization, or irrigation was utilized to do the
repairs, the regulatory authority will restart the period of liability,
effective from the date the repair was completed and approved by the
department."
(B)
Subsection (a)(3) shall read as follows: "(3) Data being used for bond release
shall be submitted to the department annually. This shall include data for the
last augmented seeding, which shall start the extended liability period. The
following timetable for submissions shall be followed:
"(i) The planting reports, including soil
tests, shall be submitted by March 31 of the year following the year in which
the soil tests were performed;
"(ii) the production and ground cover data
shall be submitted within 30 days of the date that the production and ground
cover were sampled. Ground cover shall include species identification. Raw
field data may be submitted at this time to fulfill this requirement. The
tabulated results shall then be submitted by March 31 of the following year;
and
"(iii) all data shall be
clearly identified as to the bond release management area that it
represents.";
